About the Role: My client is a leading construction company who specialize within residential, commercial, industrial and hospitality. They are seeking an experienced
Contractors Administrator to join their team.
This is an office-based role focused on contract administration, including
process claims, variations, and extensions of time. This role is designed for someone who enjoys
hands-on administration within construction projects, particularly in the
$3–$15M range.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage contractor documentation and contracts
- Process claims, variations, and extensions of time
- Liaise with contractors, project teams, and clients
- Maintain project records using Cheops, Procore, Microsoft Project, AS400/AS4300, and Microsoft Suite
- Support finance and project teams with administrative tasks
