We are seeking an organised, proactive, and highly professional
Executive Assistant to the Head of Senior School. This critical role provides high-level administrative, organisational, and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Senior School.
Key Responsibilities Administrative & Executive Support - Manage the Head of Senior School’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Screen and prioritise phone calls, emails, and correspondence, responding where appropriate.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and follow-up actions for meetings.
- Coordinate Senior School events, presentations, and communications in collaboration with College teams.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential documentation.
Stakeholder Communication & Engagement - Serve as the first point of contact for students, staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication on behalf of the Head of Senior School.
- Handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of Senior School communications.
Operational & Project Support - Coordinate and support key Senior School projects and initiatives.
- Maintain Senior School events and wellbeing databases.
- Provide administrative support for updates to policies and procedures.
- Assist with research, data collation, and documentation to support decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with Senior School office staff on operations and events.
General Support & Compliance - Ensure adherence to College policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to correspondence and conduct research as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Undertake professional development and training as required.
