As a Workplace Trainer and Assessor, your role involves developing and delivering top-quality training programs and assessing employees' competency within our organisation.

Travel required to Derrimut, Campbellfield, Keysborough, and Pakenham. 

About the Role:
As a Workplace Trainer and Assessor, you will: 

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs tailored to our dealership teams.
• Assess employee competencies and provide constructive feedback to foster growth.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and create customised solutions.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in training documentation.
• Stay current with industry trends to enhance training effectiveness continuously.
• Support employees in their professional development and career progression.
• Create and refine training materials, including manuals and presentations.
• Foster a positive and professional learning environment.
   

About You: 

• Qualifications: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
• Experience: Familiarity with dealership truck sales, service, and parts is preferred but not essential. Previous training experience (both practical and theoretical) is a plus.
• Proven ability to deliver practical training and conduct assessments.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
