About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Counter Sales Officer to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for trade customers, providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
- Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
- Communicate with warehouse staff regarding stock and order status.
- Maintain product knowledge and promote specials or new products.
- Handle POS transactions and cash balancing.
- Ensure the counter and sales area are clean and professional.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in trade, building supplies, or warehouse sales environments preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and POS/ERP systems.
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of aluminium profiles and terminology is advantageous.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and professional in presentation.
