The Role

We're on the hunt for a passionate and hands-on Cafe Manager to lead the charge in launching and running this brand-new venue. You'll play a key role in pre-opening preparations, recruiting and training staff, and establishing systems and service standards. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a start-up environment, takes ownership, and leads by example on the floor. You'll report directly to ownership, oversee daily operations, manage front-of-house rosters and ordering, and help shape the overall guest experience.

Skills and Experience

• Relevant Hospitality or Business qualifications
• Previous experience managing cafés or casual restaurants
• Strong leadership and communication skills & proven financial management skills
• Ability to hire and train staff with a positive, proactive, and guest-focused attitude
• Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine is a bonus, but not essential
