Lead a high-performing production crew to safely achieve daily targets in a dynamic underground mining environment. You’ll drive operational performance, ensure compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
Key Responsibilities
As a Production Supervisor, you will:
· Lead the crew to safely and efficiently meet daily production targets.
· Manage timekeeping and ensure accurate reporting.
· Collaborate with other departments to achieve operational goals.
· Drive continuous improvement and support change initiatives.
· Coach and develop team members to perform at their best.
· Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards.
· Oversee equipment use and training, and proactively manage operational risks.
About You
You’re an experienced and people-focused leader with a strong background in underground mining operations. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing production targets with safety and team engagement.
· Leadership: You lead with clarity, purpose, and accountability—allocating work effectively, addressing issues promptly, and recognising strong performance. You foster an inclusive, high-performing culture where your team feels supported and empowered.
· Team Contribution: You understand how your work adds value, raise issues when needed, contribute ideas, and always put safety first.
· Stakeholder Engagement: You collaborate confidently across departments including HSE, HR, Engineering, and Dispatch, and engage with contractors and business partners as required.
What We’re Looking For:
· Solid knowledge of underground mining, safety, and equipment operations.
· Formal qualifications or extensive site-based experience.
· Proficiency in crew supervision, production planning, and reporting systems.
· Strong decision-making, risk awareness, and continuous improvement mindset.
· Excellent communication, self-awareness, and collaboration skills.

This role operates on a 14:14 FIFO roster, with direct flights available from Darwin, Alice Springs, Brisbane, or Perth.
