Our client seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a high-performing team that values professionalism, communication, and genuine client care. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their portfolio, builds strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and thrives in a supportive, well-structured environment.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for managing a quality portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring every property is maintained to a high standard. The role offers autonomy, support from an Assistant Property Manager, and the opportunity to work within a business that values professionalism, efficiency, and genuine client care.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Property Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 120 properties with support.
- Assisting with routine inspections, entry & exit reports
- Handling tenant and landlord communications
- Coordinating maintenance requests and repairs
- Supporting leasing processes and open homes
- Administrative duties relating to tenancy management
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude
- Proven experience in managing a portfolio
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- QLD Certificate of Registration (or willing to obtain)
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Experience in real estate/property (preferred but not essential)
