Mercure Wagga Wagga is seeking friendly, enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join the Food & Beverage team.  

About the Role:

• Warmly welcome both in-house and external guests

• Take food and beverage orders and communicate to/with the kitchen and bar staff

• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner

• Set-up, service and breakdown of restaurant and function spaces

• Provide consistent and high-quality service at all times

• Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation

Shifts may include:

• Breakfast - from 6am to 10am (7 days, Monday to Sunday)

• Dinner - from 5pm to 9:30pm (6 days, Monday to Saturday)

• Functions - times vary (Monday to Sunday)

About you:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably as a food and beverage attendant

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment

• A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards and consistency

• Reliable and flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends

Qualifications required:

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) - NSW

• Food Handler Certificate
