About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced ESM Auditor to join their QLD team. You’ll conduct inspections, audits, and reporting across a variety of buildings, while also performing System Interface Testing and passive fire inspections. This role offers autonomy, client engagement, and the opportunity to work with a respected national leader.

- Conduct inspections against performance & maintenance standards
- Audit contractor maintenance records
- Produce a range of high-quality compliance reports
- Perform System Interface Testing with contractors/consultants
- Conduct passive fire inspections & produce reports
- Manage key client accounts & conduct NCC/BCA compliance reviews
- Proven experience as an ESM Auditor, Building Inspector or in building, engineering, or facilities management
- QBCC licence (passive fire – inspect, test & certify)
- Strong knowledge of NCC, BCA and WHS/risk assessment
- Excellent report writing and attention to detail
- Ability to manage small projects & work autonomously
- Proficiency with digital tech and apps (UpTick preferred)
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Preferred: Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Fire Safety Engineering, Building Surveying, Applied Science (Building), or Building Services Management
