Your new Company: Providing equipment and maintenance services to some of Australia's and New Zealand leading processing plants and with operations in Brisbane, Gladstone, Newcastle and Portland, an opportunity has become available for you to manage the day to day activities carried out in the Brisbane workshop. Your new Opportunity: With the primary focus for this role will be to carry out mechanical repairs, maintenance, and refits, your day will consist of various tasks including Assembly, Maintenance, Operation, Inspection, Development & Upgrade, Repair and Trouble Shooting. This may be in the workshop, or on site and is a position that you can make your own. The workshop will be your main responsibility to organise, maintain standards, control and complete project workflow and deliver on the group quality and safety requirements. Most of your work will be autonomous and it is expected that you will be highly organised with an advanced level of technical aptitude. The ability to prioritise your workshop projects, manage contractors and labour hire during peaks in workload is essential. Your Success: To secure this opportunity, you will be Trade Qualified and hold a current Forklift Ticket. Dogging and Rigging certifications will be highly desirable. You will be proficient in delivering strong interpersonal skills and have intermediate computer skills to manage the Company ERP system for the workshop and be open to some travel if required to site.
