Why are we Appointing? After seventeen years, our Managers who have completely owned and delivered accurate and timely outcomes across all in-house accounting functionality are retiring. Due to the nature of this vacancy the opportunity currently exists to be provided with a a detailed hand-over and onboarding to ensure your success. The Opportunity potentially in front of you now: This opportunity is best suited to an experienced professional that has demonstrated skill in managing and delivering accurate and timely outcomes across: - Utilising Rekon Accounts you will take responsibility for full function Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable - Manage all soft and hard copies of accounts - Reconciliations - Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure - Prepare the BAS in readiness for the external accountant - Verifying the accuracy of business accounts - Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets - Assisting the external Accountant with the preparation of yearly accounts - Budgets and variance reporting Qualities and skills that will deliver success in this role and our culture? - Honesty, confidentiality, integrity and transparency in all business dealings - Accurate and organised and committed to delivering great experiences for our employees, customers and suppliers - Advanced interpersonal communication skills - Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Skills - Advanced Rekon Plus 23/24 working knowledge Looking to join us?
