About the Position and us

Utilising our own TradeMarked repair and refinishing system, quality materials and only Qualified Cert III Technicians, our strive for perfection is recognised across Australia as the premium repairer of Alloy Wheels in car dealerships, auction houses and private customers.
The Technicians role is heavily supported with a National Supervisor and an Admin team, enabling the Technician to focus on meeting and greeting the customer, repairing the wheel and taking payment, our well trained Admin team take care of the rest.
What you will Bring
- An Automotive Cert III or Trades Certificate in Automotive Paint Refinishing
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Automotive Refinishing
- Ability to operate a mini air sander/grinder with airbrush experience an advantage
- Neat and tidy Appearance, polite and can communicate well with customers and fellow employees
- Easy going and friendly attitude
- Problem solving
- Enjoys being out of the Shop, driving to different locations and wants out of the sausage factory attitude

- Largely 7am to 3pm Mon to Fri, sometimes 8am to 4pm
- From time to time, your assistance in the workshop at the Cheltenham factory

A Wheel repairer or Spray Painter / Panel Beater will excel in this role and the freedom the role provides.
Knowledge of plastics repair and minor scratch and dent repairs will also hold you in good stead.

Salary: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year plus super and bonuses
