• Leading, mentoring, and supporting a passionate team of educators

• You're a leader with excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• You have a strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and the Rating & Assessment process
• You are a true people-person who radiates friendliness, positivity, and energy
• You have a professional commitment to child safety, high-quality education, and care
• You hold a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood; valid Blue Card; current First Aid/CPR; child protection training (or willingness to obtain); plus Red Nose, Food Safety & SunSmart training (or willingness to obtain)
