We’re looking for driven Customer Service Representatives to join upcoming contact centre positions, handling warm leads only.
In this role, you’ll:
Take inbound calls with customers who have already shown interest.
Offer VAP solutions that meet customer needs.
Build strong relationships through consultative, customer-first conversations.
Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to a high-performing team.
Receive ongoing training and coaching to sharpen your sales and product knowledge.
Experience in sales or customer service (contact centre, retail, hospitality or similar).
Confident communicator with strong active listening skills.
Motivated by targets and excited by earning commission.
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn.
