We are seeking an energetic Retail Assistant to join our team full-time. The job requires working Monday through to Friday, as well as Saturday mornings on a rostered basis.

The Retail Assistant will report to our Retail Manager and is responsible for ensuring that client service is kept to a high standard and shop displays are well presented. This role is critical to the reputation of our business as it requires good communication with our clients and the ability to help find a solution for our clients’ needs. You will be someone who wants to grow in their role with the ability to move into more senior roles within the business as you grow your product knowledge.

About the Role: 

• Serving Retail Customers and providing solutions

• Completing Pool Tests and advising clients on treatment of Pool Water

• Stocking Retail Shelves

• Receipting of Stock

• Unloading Freight Trucks

About You: 

• Well Presented and Confident

• Excellent work ethic, dedication, punctuality, initiative, positive personality

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Can Do Attitude

• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as autonomously

• Forklift Ticket preferred
