About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Practice Manager to join our team in Sunshine Coast, Queensland. As a full-time Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running and overall management of this busy dental practice. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a pivotal role within a growing and respected dental organisation.

Candidates must be Australian permanent residents to be eligible for this position.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the dental practice, including staff management, patient flow, and financial administration

• Experience with dental practice management software is required for efficient practice operations

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures within the healthcare industry

• Developing and implementing strategies to improve practice efficiency, patient satisfaction, and profitability

• Managing the recruitment, training, and development of the practice's clinical and administrative staff

• Serving as the primary point of contact for patients, handling inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

• Analysing practice data and generating reports to identify areas for improvement and growth

• Collaborating with the dental team to implement new initiatives and enhance the overall patient experience

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar leadership role within the healthcare or dental industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with patients, staff, and external stakeholders

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on continuous improvement

• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting

• Demonstrated experience in staff management, including recruitment, training, and performance management

• A passionate, customer-centric approach and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

• Familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and industry best practices
