We are seeking a motivated and organised Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing team. This hands-on role is vital to ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently by supporting our installation and service teams. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude to build a career in the renewable energy industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate forklifts for loading and unloading deliveries
Manage and organise warehouse stock, tools, and materials
Order and coordinate materials for upcoming installations
Receive, check, and record deliveries; liaise with office staff on any discrepancies
Pick and pack materials for installation and service teams
Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised
Manage recycling, rubbish disposal, and warehouse waste runs
Deliver and collect materials to and from sites as required
Current Australian driver’s licence (essential)
Forklift licence (essential)
Manual handling certificate (preferred)
Legal right to work in Australia
Strong communication and teamwork skills
