The Role:
Work alongside a range of educators as you care for and educate Children aged from 0-5
- Facilitate the learning experiences for your allocated group of children
- An ability to work collaboratively with fellow educators to develop and implement inspirational educational programs.
- Be a lifesaver for the permanent educators by helping cover lunch breaks, sick days, and annual leave days
- Participate and support educators in the observation and recording of children’s development
- Explore different centres and philosophies and pick up new skills
What you need:
- A Certificate III / Diploma in ECEC or studying towards a qualification in Early Childhood
- A Paid Blue Card
- Basic food handling certificate
- Availability for at least 2 days, and sometimes at short notice;
- Be willing to travel 30+ minutes on a regular basis
- Passionate educators with strong communication skills;
- Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work in new teams.
