About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of skilled machinists and operators

  • Assist in hands-on work when needed, especially with tooling and machine setup

  • Promote and enforce safety procedures and best practices

  • Liaise with management and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resource planning

About You:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a manufacturing environment

  • Ability to lead by example, problem-solve on the floor, and keep production on track

  • A commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance

  • Forklift licence and relevant trade qualifications are advantageous

What We Offer:
  • Competitive remuneration based on experience

  • The opportunity to step into a key leadership role in a well-established business

  • Ongoing development and the chance to influence continuous improvement initiatives
