• Our Team of Caravan Service Technicians reports to the Management Team Leader and is a key player in handling customer requests and repairs

• Your goal will be to focus on consistently delighting clients with a seamless experience every time they have a request for a repair and to have return clients because of the fantastic environment you have established

• The team role we are offering is a 4-day working week Monday - Thursday because we believe in family and friends.

• You will join a highly skilled team in a fast-growing company that values excellence and career growth.

• You must have established Caravan repair skills and be self-motivated and mechanical-minded and show experience in this field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of caravan repair experience required

• Great positive energy

• Superior attention to detail

• Client satisfaction must be your top priority

• Very neat, thorough technician which would show craftsmanship, skills, and quality in their work

• Work unsupervised and complete all aspects of caravan repairs internally and externally.

• AC & Refrigeration fitment and repairs

• Extensive external and internal repair of RVs

• Complete servicing on caravans and RVs, from wheels to roof. Front to back.

• Water ingress repairs with structural timber framing and interiors

• Fitting of all RV accessories.

• Major Insurance repairs, Sheeting, Timber Frames, Alloy Frames

• Fitting and fault finding within caravans and RV's 12 volt systems

• The ability to think quickly and act fluidly

• Excellent Problem-Solving abilities

• Can take initiative to support the wider team in delivering supreme service

• Works within our company culture and mission

• A positive and resilient outlook

• Trade qualification in automotive, mechanical, or electrical fields preferred

• Current driver's licence essential

• White card (construction induction) advantageous
