Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades on site.
- Maintain strong quality and safety standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and the wider team to achieve seamless project delivery.
- Provide clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout each stage of the project.
- Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple trades and stakeholders.
- Relevant trade qualifications or construction management background highly regarded.
- Work with a respected builder with a strong pipeline of projects.
- Immediate start, weekly pay, potential for ongoing work
