Join Bolton Clarke’s Home Care team in Rockhampton and deliver meaningful, one-on-one care to older Australians in their own homes – supporting independence, safety, and wellbeing. This is a full-time, weekday role (Monday to Friday – no weekends!) with use of a fleet car, laptop, and work-from-home options for admin tasks.

As a valued Physiotherapist at Bolton Clarke, you will:
- Provide in-home physiotherapy services to assist with mobility, pain management and strengthening.
- Development of individual care plans to achieve personalised functional outcomes.
- Falls prevention, education and strength training work all included in position
- Work closely with the local community teams and key stakeholders.
- Incorporate a holistic approach to health care that incorporates healthy living activities according to community and organisational priorities.
- $15,900 Salary packaging + $2,650 meal and entertainment allowance

- Currently registered as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA.
- Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy or equivalent studies as assessed by the Australian Physiotherapy Council.
- Prior community experience highly desirable.
- Ability to provide high quality treatment and intervention
- Police Check (dated within the last 3 years)
- Own reliable vehicle and QLD driver licence
