About the role
Are you an experienced Barista looking for a casual role serving delicious coffee and creating a great customer experience in a thriving Gold Coast cafe? Bellachino Coffee is seeking an enthusiastic Barista / All-rounder to join our team in Mermaid Waters.
What you'll be doing
Expertly preparing a wide range of coffee beverages to the highest standards
Providing friendly and efficient customer service
Ensuring the cafe counter, equipment and work areas are clean and well-maintained
Assisting with café operations as needed, including food preparation, stock control and cash handling
Working as part of a close-knit team to provide an exceptional customer experience
What we're looking for
Excellent coffee-making skills and knowledge of different coffee types and brewing methods
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Australian work rights required for this position
