About the Opportunity- Manage a mixed property portfolio, including leasing and inspections
- Lodge bonds, prepare lease documents and landlord statements
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with local trades
- Provide exceptional service to both landlords and tenants
- Report to the Office Manager and work within a supportive team
- Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain
- NSW Certificate in Property Services (Real Estate) or willingness to complete
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident with digital tools and property management systems
- Experience in property management or customer service is highly regarded
