Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of approx. 800–900 lots
- Build strong relationships with committees and owners
- Run AGMs, chair meetings, and liaise with key stakeholders
- Resolve complex issues and provide strategic solutions
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards
- Coordinate maintenance, manage contractors, and oversee works
You’ll need:
- Proven experience as a Strata Manager
- Strong understanding of NSW strata legislation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
- A current Strata License
- Experience with Strata Master, File Smart, and Strata Boat preferred
