Short Description
WorkPac is currently seeking a motivated Quality Control Labourer to join our client’s precast concrete operation based in Welshpool. This is an ongoing position offering stability, hands-on work, and the opportunity to develop skills within the manufacturing and quality assurance environment.

What You Will Be Doing
• Conducting quality checks on precast concrete products such as sleepers and pipes
• Using measuring tapes and tools to ensure products meet required specifications
• Working predominantly outdoors (approximately 90% of the time) in a yard environment
• Assisting team members and performing general labouring duties as required
• Communicating effectively, asking questions, and maintaining a proactive “can-do” attitude
What You Will Need
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Reliable, safety-conscious and physically fit to work outdoors
• Previous experience in manufacturing or precast (advantageous but not essential)
