The OpportunityWe’re seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer to join our growing team.
This role offers the opportunity to develop a broad foundation in design and construction, supported by experienced engineers who are closely involved in every project.
You’ll contribute to:
Highly constrained, complex designs
Structural assessments and reporting
Brownfield design and strengthening solutions
Design modelling in Strand7 and Space Gass
Site inspections and construction support
You’ll gain meaningful experience across design, documentation, and delivery — with the chance to see your work built.
About YouWe’re looking for a recent or soon-to-graduate civil or structural engineer who’s interested in how design translates to construction.
You will have:
A Bachelor’s degree (or near completion) in Civil or Structural Engineering
A solid understanding of engineering principles and design fundamentals
Clear written and verbal communication skills
An interest in practical, buildable design
The right to work in Australia
Some familiarity with common structural design or drafting software is an advantage but not essential.
