- Be the subject matter expert, sharing your knowledge and providing direct supervision and training to junior team members.

- Qualifications Required: 5+ years industry experience in a similar role, the ability to clearly write accurate and routine descriptions of work performed, and basic computer literacy.
- Applying a wide range of technical skills to manufacture, service, and repair complex products and tools.
- Designing and delivering training schedules and providing direct instruction to trainees and other team members.
- Driving root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for process-related issues.
- Actively contributing to the development and documentation of work instructions for new and existing products.
