About the role

Pier One Law is seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing and Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Mooloolaba, Queensland. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our legal services and enhance our brand presence across various digital platforms throughout Australia and New Zealand.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee the company's social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, to engage our target audience and drive brand awareness

• Create and curate engaging content, such as blog posts, videos, and social media posts, to showcase our expertise and provide valuable information to our clients

• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote our services and generate leads

• Analyse website and social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions

• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless client experience

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media

• Manage and maintain Pier One’s unified branding across multiple jurisdictions.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a marketing or social media management role

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, content creation, and analytics

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content

• Proficiency in using social media platforms, content management systems, design and data analysis tools

• Creativity and a keen eye for design to develop visually appealing marketing materials and collateral

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• A collaborative mindset and a passion for contributing to the growth and success of the business
