About the Role
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping / Room Attendant / Cleaning Staff to join our dedicated team at St George's Defence Holiday Suites. This part-time position is crucial for ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and public areas.
What You'll Be Doing
Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking supplies.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in public areas such as lobbies, pool, and restrooms.
Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to supervisors.
Support the team with additional housekeeping tasks as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service and a warm welcome to our guests.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in housekeeping, room attendant, or cleaning roles, preferably in hospitality.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Effective time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Friendly demeanor with a customer-focused approach and teamwork skills.
Physical stamina to meet the demands of the role.
