In a team environment, play a crucial role in undertaking centralised financial duties required for the daily operation of Pinnacle Community Service.
The position:
Completion of Data Exchange reporting each month for Commonwealth Home Support Program Services.
Accounts receivable/ payable
Produce financial records monthly
Complete bulk and manual NDIS, Support at Home Packages in provider portals
Reconciliation processes
Positively promote Pinnacle Community Services and the services provided.
Application requirements:
Certificate level qualification in accounting, bookkeeping or administration or a related discipline
Demonstrated experience in accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, administration and customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy as well as a sense of accountability and the willingness to take ownership of tasks
Demonstrated computer proficiency and experience using multiple software applications within a Windows environment (including spreadsheets and database applications) and ability to learn new systems and technologies
Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise competing demands and tasks in order to meet deadlines.
