Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and apply chemical mixes, and treat bulk seed within required timeframes.

  • Set up and operate bagging line, ensuring calibration, tagging, and quality presentation.

  • Supervise, train, and support team across all bagging plant activities with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

  • Schedule and perform equipment checks, clean-downs, and general maintenance.

  • Operate forklift and handle material movement across the site.

  • Use D365 to manage job orders, stock, and consumables.

  • Conduct stocktakes and manage consumable inventory, ordering as needed.

  • Collect quality samples and ensure compliance with testing requirements.

  • Support other areas of the plant and maintain clean, organised workspaces.

  • Promote and uphold QMS standards and foster a safe, healthy workplace through active leadership and compliance.

Profile

You Will Need:

  • ChemCert Accreditation
  • LF Licence
  • Leadership experience
  • Technical abilities regarding automated and plant machinery
  • Full working rights in Australia
