Submitting warranty claims for multiple manufacturers
Reconciling claim payments and closing repair orders in the internal system
Keeping the warranty register up to date
Assisting the Service Department with end-to-end warranty claim processing
Strong data entry and computer literacy skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
Experience with ERA (Pentana) is highly regarded
Previous warranty processing experience is a bonus — but not essential
A sharp eye for detail and a general understanding of vehicles will also be advantageous
