Your responsibilities will include:

• Submitting warranty claims for multiple manufacturers

• Reconciling claim payments and closing repair orders in the internal system

• Keeping the warranty register up to date

• Assisting the Service Department with end-to-end warranty claim processing

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Strong data entry and computer literacy skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently

• Experience with ERA (Pentana) is highly regarded

• Previous warranty processing experience is a bonus — but not essential

• A sharp eye for detail and a general understanding of vehicles will also be advantageous
