We are on the lookout for 25 enthusiastic Inbound Customer Service Consultants to join a vibrant, high-volume contact centre in Granville.
You will be handling a variety of customer interactions, including assisting with wagers, answering account enquiries, and providing exceptional service to both new and existing customers in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of Australia’s leading betting agencies. You will receive up to 5 weeks of structured classroom training and on-floor coaching to set you up for success from day one.
What’s on offer: - Start date: 4th of August 2025
- Location: This role is based in the Contact Centre at Granville. Free street parking is available, and the centre is well-connected by public transport and only a 2 min walk from the train station.
- Pay rate: The hourly rate is $33.37 per hour + super + penalties
- Shifts: Rotating roster and shifts will be provided between 7:00am – 10:15pm, Monday to Saturday. Please note that you are you are required to work every Saturday as well as Melbourne Cup and Oaks Day. This is non - negotiable.
- Training: Up to 5 weeks of blended classroom and on the floor training, provided Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
- Role type: This is a temporary position
What we’re looking for: - Previous retail customer service or contact centre experience
- Strong communication – both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Resilience, positivity, and a great work ethic
- Confident navigating multiple computer systems
