• Located in or near Kunda Park – Sunshine Coast
• Prior experience in building services within the retail or commercial space
• Experience in the use of SAP
• Experience working in a highly unionised environment
• Previous trade experience is highly desirable

About the Role

As an Assistant Trade Store Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the operational activities of the Kunda Park Fulfilment Centre. Your responsibilities will include undertaking all administration tasks and direct customer service both over the phone, via email and face to face

Some tasks as part of this role include:

• Dealing with Customers face-to-face, via email & over the phone
• Administration duties including data entry and email management
• Picking & Packing customer orders
• Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures
• Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
• Processing Sales
• Creating Quotes
