Senior Property Officer – Sales
Location: Parramatta NSW + WFH
Duration: ASAP – End of February 2026 (possibility of extension)
Pay Rate: $50 per hour + Super
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (7 hours per day, 5 days in the office)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Officer – Sales to join our team in Parramatta. This is a short-term assignment supporting NSW Trustee & Guardian (NSWTG) in delivering high-quality property services.
You will be responsible for managing the sale and purchase of residential properties on behalf of NSWTG clients, ensuring a professional, customer-focused approach during what is often a sensitive and challenging time for clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sale, purchase, and rental of client properties, including high-volume and complex transactions.
- Liaise with real estate agents, solicitors, strata managers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide advice and guidance on property matters to internal teams and service centres.
- Coordinate property-related tasks such as obtaining quotes, arranging clearance of contents, and managing repairs prior to sale.
- Deliver timely and accurate administrative support.
- Handle challenging client situations with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
- Essential: Demonstrated real estate residential sales experience.
- Strong understanding of the property sales and conveyancing process.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Professional, empathetic, and capable of working with clients in sensitive situations.
- 2 x professional references.
- Current Fit2Work National Police Check.
