- Manage Inventory using SAGE software
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet business needs.
- Coordinate stock movements and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Develop strategies to minimise stock discrepancies and wastage.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimise workflows.
- Conduct regular stock audits and report findings to management.
- Utilise inventory management systems to streamline processes.
- Identify and resolve any inventory-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Profile
A successful Inventory Specialist should have:
- Experience in inventory management within the FMCG industry.
- Experience using SAGE inventory software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
