The protection of children is our highest priority. To uphold this commitment, we conduct referee checks and criminal history screenings as part of our recruitment process, and all employees working with children must hold a current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).

About our OSHC:

- Represent and promote the service within the community, reflecting Centacare Child Care Services’ Vision, Mission, and Values
- Either enrolled in or completed a Cert III or Diploma in Children Services (or ACECQA equivalent) would be beneficial.
- Previous childcare experience would be beneficial.
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
- Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
