Working closely with the Finance Manager and wider commercial team, this role will play a key part in driving business performance, providing insight and analysis to support strategic decision-making, and influencing outcomes at an executive level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to analyse financial performance and identify key drivers of profitability
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
- Deliver meaningful insights to guide commercial decisions and improve business outcomes
- Prepare analysis on trends, margins, and key operational metrics
- Assist with project-related financial modelling and scenario planning
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management, including the CFO
- CA/CPA qualified
- Ideally gained 5 years’ experience within a Big 4 or professional services environment, or a large, complex organisation in Commercial Finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- A salary of up to $125,000 + super
- Exposure to senior leaders and real influence on business strategy
