St Joseph’s School | Tara | P-6 

  • Curriculum Coordinator and Deputiser 

  • Full time | 30 hours per week | Includes a teaching load  

  • Fixed term | 19 January 2026 to 17 January 2027 

  • $86,599 - $147,048 per annum plus super  

  • This appointment also attracts a Deputiser allowance of $5399 per annum.

The Opportunity  

As the Curriculum Coordinator, you will work in collaboration with the Principal to develop, monitor and support teachers in the delivery of teaching and learning programs across the school.   

You will assist the Principal by   

  • providing leadership and coordination in a specific area of delegated responsibility   

  • emphasising the centrality of teaching and learning in the life and work of the school   

  • providing leadership in any other areas delegated by the Principal

About You   

  • Experienced teacher with proven understanding and competency in the delivery of evidence based pedagogy and curriculum design   

  • Committed to creating a nurturing learning environment   

  • Hold or be eligible to hold, registration as a teacher in Queensland

You will receive regular support from visiting Education Officers and allied health professionals - experts who will help you advance your advisory skills, pedagogy and resource development. You will also be part of a professional network and given the opportunity to attend targeted professional development hosted by the Toowoomba Catholic Schools Office.
