The Corruption and Crime Commission is seeking your skills and experience to join our elite Investigations team as a Financial Investigator, where you will be investigating unexplained wealth accumulated through unlawful means, and serious misconduct and corruption.

THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT

The Corruption and Crime Commission (CCC) is a leading anti-corruption agency whose primary purpose is to improve the integrity of and reduce the incidence of serious misconduct and corruption in the Western Australian Public Sector.

The Operations directorate is responsible for the Commission's investigations. The two business units, Investigations and Operations Support, work together to proactively identify and investigate allegations of serious misconduct, unexplained wealth and criminal benefits. The focus of the Commission's investigations is on systemic and complex matters, many of which require the use of specialist capabilities.

THE OPPORTUNITY

 The Financial Investigator is responsible for actively participating in the conduct of financial investigations into allegations of unexplained wealth, criminal benefits and allegations of serious and systemic misconduct within the Western Australia Public Sector, including the Western Australia Police.

The Commission requires applicants to be Australian citizens or be immediately eligible for citizenship, and appointment is conditional on satisfactory completion of a rigorous security clearance process.

Applicants must also:

•be available to work outside of normal business hours as required.
