As a Senior Property Accountant your duties will include:
Monthly management reporting and analysis for a portfolio of properties
Strategic commercial insights and analysis to ensure targets are met
Forecasting
Budgeting
Valuations and financial modelling
Business partnering with property and asset managers
Portfolio level reporting and analysis
Involvement with the acquisition and disposal of properties
You will be CA/CPA qualified or studying and have 3+ years of management accounting experience in a large complex business, property accounting exposure would be ideal but not essential. In addition you will have strong commercial acumen, excellent business partnering abilities, an adaptable approach and an innovative mindset.
In addition you must be either an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
