About YouYou are:
A self-motivated achiever with at least 2 years of Property Management experience
Up to date with relevant VIC residential tenancy legislation and compliance standards
Passionate about delivering exceptional client service
A natural action-orientated individual who thrives in collaborative, high-performance environments
You also bring:
Advanced knowledge of Property Management systems and processes (Property Me)
A Certificate of Registration is essential
Strong organisational and time management skills
A solution-focused mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
Key Responsibilities:
Client Excellence: Deliver premium service to all clients, addressing disputes and complaints professionally
Compliance & Operations: Ensure full compliance with VIC tenancy laws and regulations
Complete inspections and open homes as required, maintaining professionalism
System Efficiency: Use Property Me to streamline operations and optimise portfolio performance
