About Us
Marine Structures is Australia’s largest pontoon builder, with a growth trajectory to build the best marine structures in Australia. Our products range from residential leisure pontoons and decks to state government ferry terminals, marinas, walk/cycleways, boardwalks, and floating walkway infrastructure.
The Roles
Due to the increase in sales, we require various Concreters, Factory Hands in our Caloundra factory who are motivated to learn, work in a team environment, enjoys physical tasks and exhibits attention to detail needed for our high-quality finished products.
Concreter / Factory Hands
Reporting to the Supervisor of the Pontoon section, the ideal candidate has a cross-section of trades expertise to complete the high-quality finish our product demands. First and foremost, you have a solid concrete background and have exposure to or are open to developing your skillset to include plastic welding, logistics, stock control, carpeting, and fit-out.
Attributes required:
Trade qualified (Concreter) preferred
Ideally have had concreting experience
The ability to use multiple handtools
Reliable and punctual
Excellent work ethic
Willing to learn and perform multiple tasks within the factory
Strong commitment to Safety and Quality.
Preferred Qualifications
Manual drivers licence
Construction white card
Previous fabrication experience
