Are you looking for a stable, hands-on role with excellent pay and clear pathways to permanency? Join a leading manufacturer in Yatala specialising in timber trusses and house frames. We’re growing fast and need reliable factory labourers to join our team in both day and afternoon shifts.
What’s on Offer:
- Day Shift: $32.32/hour + super
�� 1:00pm – 11:00pm, Monday to Thursday - Afternoon Shift: $37.16/hour + super
�� 3:00pm – 1:00am, Monday to Thursday - Temp-to-perm opportunities – go permanent after 3 months
- Consistent indoor work – no weather delays
- Safe and supportive team environment
- Assist in manufacturing timber trusses and house frames
- Operate factory machinery and power tools
- General labouring, materials handling, and order prep
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Previous factory, machine operation or labouring experience
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Physically fit and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Job Type: Casual to Permanent
