Join the property division of a major ASX-listed organisation, supporting the financial management of one of Australia’s largest commercial portfolios. This role oversees end-to-end reporting, asset performance analysis and business partnering for a national property footprint spanning commercial, industrial and operational sites. A strong platform for a commercially minded finance leader seeking scale, complexity and visibility at the Group level.
Role responsibilities:
Build and maintain detailed feasibility models for new and ongoing development projects
Provide commercial analysis and decision support across acquisition, design and construction phases
Challenge assumptions and ensure projects align with strategic and financial requirements
Prepare monthly reporting, including investment papers and development insights
Support capital planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow modelling
Conduct scenario, sensitivity, risk and opportunity analysis to optimise development outcomes
Drive process improvement and automation across modelling, reporting and forecasting
About you:
CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years in commercial finance, development finance or project-based roles
Strong background in property development finance and feasibility modelling
Advanced financial modelling skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
Ability to influence, challenge and partner with non-finance stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset and attention to detail
