Accounts Administration Assistant | Located at Geebung Looking to build your Accounts and Administration profile further with a leading Northside Employer. This position offers an immediate start and a detailed hand-over of one month prior to your Team member taking leave. Your New Position: Reporting to the Branch Manager, you new role will offer an immediate start, security and stability with a Team that works together, offers role variety and the opportunity to help change the way everyday Australians live their lives. What your day will look like? Working from the Geebung Office that offers a close proximity to public transport and or onsite parking, your day-to-day will see you supporting the Team with: - Managing personal and Accounts email inboxes - Utilising the current system and the Microsoft Office Suite to raise and process invoices - Ensuring all information is secured as required to correctly and completely set up the new customer details in the system - Processing payments - Work with your wider team to collect and process any associated paperwork from the Sales Representatives or Purchasing - Correctly tracking progress of jobs in the system - Preparing internal correspondence and mail - Printing of Delivery dockets - Completing Service Agreements in readiness for signing and; - Support your Team with any other Accounts or Administrative support requests as required.
