ABOUT THE COMPANY
This prominent commercial Sydney builder is widely recognised for delivering major construction and fit out projects valued between $5M and $30M. They are now seeking a driven Site Engineer who is eager to advance into a Project Engineer role and ultimately step into Project Management.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Site Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with a highly experienced site team on major landmark projects. You will be instrumental in programme management, services coordination, WHS compliance, and ensuring seamless project delivery. This position provides comprehensive exposure across all phases of construction, allowing you to build a strong technical foundation.

DUTIES
- Provide critical support to the Project Manager
- Coordinate services and maintain communication with key stakeholders
- Assist with project programming, planning, and scheduling
- Oversee subcontractors and onsite trades to ensure smooth execution
- Tertiary or trade qualifications in a construction-related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of WHS and Quality Assurance requirements
- Demonstrated stability and career progression in previous roles
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
