2IC / Beauty Therapist
Location: Capalaba, Brisbane QLD
Employment: Casual
Pay: $38-$48 per hour + Incentives & Bonuses
About the Role
Milque Spa is seeking an experienced and motivated 2IC / Beauty Therapist to join our Capalaba team. This leadership role combines hands-on client treatments with management responsibilities (approx. 50/50 split). You’ll support team performance, deliver advanced skin and beauty services, and contribute to the growth and success of the spa.

Responsibilities:
- Provide professional skin consultations and personalised treatment plans.
- Perform advanced treatments including facials, peels, skin needling, IPL rejuvenation, and RF tightening.
- Deliver beauty services: waxing, lash & brow treatments, and nails.
- Support team performance, training, and day-to-day salon operations.
- Drive retail sales, rebookings, and KPI achievement.
- Maintain Milque Spa brand standards in-salon and online.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a 2IC/leadership role.
- At least 2 years’ hands-on salon or spa experience.
- Strong knowledge of skin, ingredients, and advanced treatments.
- Proven results in achieving KPIs and sales targets.
- Professional, motivated, and team-focused with excellent communication skills.
