MAYDAY Recruitment is excited to partner with a growing, forward-thinking accounting firm seeking a Senior Accountant who is passionate about client service, professional growth, and long-term career development.
In this pivotal role, you’ll build meaningful relationships with clients while receiving ongoing guidance and mentorship from the Directors. For the right person, this position offers a clear and achievable pathway to partnership.

About You:
- Previous experience in Tax Accounting within Australia (other accounting experience may also be considered for the right applicant)
- $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 + super + commission
- Office located in Dee Why - this role is full-time in the office
- Strong working knowledge of Xero
- A completed Accounting degree
- The intention to start, currently undertaking, or completed the CA program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency with full work rights
